Amy Burack Cohen, Principal has twenty years of experience in marketing and advertising recruitment. Before founding her own company in 1989, she was vice president and head of the marketing recruitment department at Dale Fels, Inc. Earlier, she was a consultant with the RAND Corporation. She also was a planner and research director in the offices of Illinois Governors Dan Walker and James Thompson.
